Production process

The material is fed into the jaw crusher through a vibrating feeder for preliminary crushing; then, the coarse material produced is transported from the tape conveyor to the cone crusher for further crushing, and the finely crushed material is sieved into a vibrating screen to separate two kinds of sandstone, sandstone that meets the particle size of the sand making machine is fed into the sand making machine sand, and the other part of the material is returned and then finely broken. Part of the sandstone from the sand making machine is made into sand, which is cleaned by the sand washing machine to make finished sand, and the other part is broken again by the sand making machine to produce sand for construction that meets the requirements.
