Sand making plant introduction

Sand making plant is used to sand production from crushing hard stones into small sand sized angular shaped particles, washed and finely graded to be used as construction aggregate. The equipment configuration of artificial sand making plant includes vibrating feeder, coarse crusher, medium and fine crusher, vibrating screen, sand making machine, belt conveyor. In the sand making plant, natural rocks, limestone, granite, sandstones, river pebbles and other materials can be processed into artificial sand that meets the requirements of building sand. It is to replace the natural river sand for the buildings and construction industries which need high-quality aggregates.

How does 250-400 tph sand crusher plant work?

1. Hard stone such as granite, basalt blasting down from the mountain, the ones less than 1020mm will be fed into the vibrating feeder by the dump truck 

2. Vibrating feeder will continuously feed raw stones into the jaw crusher.

3. Jaw crusher makes the primary crushing. The general size of stonescrushed by jaw crusher is around 150mm-300mm. 

4. The crushed stones from jaw crusher are fedinto cone crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crushing. 

5. The crushed stones will be screened through a vibrating screen. The stones with size bigger than 40mm will be sent back to combined cone crusher to be crushed again. 

6. The stones less than 4mm will be sent to vertical shaft impactor by belt conveyor for shaping. Shaped products will be screened and separated by vibrating screen.,and then transported by belt conveyor to the finished products area.
