Reducing the mineral dust pollution of the crusher can be achieved through the following measures:

1. Source control: use a sealing cover to seal the discharge port and inlet of the crusher, and use a fan for dust extraction, while using a wet dust collector to purify the air and reduce the pollution of mineral dust.
2. Reasonable process flow: adopt advanced and environmentally friendly technology and equipment to reduce the scattering of materials and dust.
3. Eliminate the height potential energy difference: reduce the gap and the inclination of the chute chute, and some closed chambers cause negative pressure as much as possible to facilitate the collection of dust.
4. Wet dust removal and exhaust dust removal: Spray devices are set up at the feeding port of the crusher and the tape transfer point to reduce the pollution of mineral dust in the workshop. For transfer points with poor ventilation, centrifugal fans are used for forced ventilation to strengthen the dust discharge wind speed and air volume.

5. Use of dust removal equipment: use a cloth bag dust collector or foam dust suppression system, such as the BSD foam dust suppression system developed by Xuzhou Botai, which combines foam dust suppression and dry mist dust suppression to improve dust suppression efficiency, reduce costs, and no secondary dust pollution.
6. Strengthen equipment management: regularly check the air tightness of the dust removal cover, find problems and deal with them in a timely manner, implement target management assessments, conduct regular dust monitoring, and improve the maintenance level of dust removal equipment.
7. Fully enclosed production line: adopts a fully enclosed design to reduce dust and noise pollution, and installs external auxiliary equipment such as dust removal and silencing to ensure that dust and noise pollution are reduced to a lower level.
Through these measures, the mine dust pollution generated by the crusher during ore processing can be effectively reduced, the environment can be protected and the health of the staff can be maintained.
