1. For units with vibration pumps of impact crusher pumps, all fasteners should be fastened during installation and before test runs, and they should be checked regularly during production operations and fastened at any time.

2. During installation, attention should be paid to the irreversible rotation of the counterattack (the rotation arrow is marked on the pulley).

3. After the release breaking motor is installed, it should be equipped with a protective cover for the transmission belt according to the installation situation.

4. The gap between the counterattack plate and the hammer should be gradually reduced according to the needs of the work. After adjustment, the rotor should be rotated several times by hand to check for impact.After the adjustment is completed, the sleeve nut should be locked tightly to prevent the nut from loosening after the counterattack plate is vibrated and gradually falling and colliding with the hammer, causing an accident.

Commissioning of impact crusher

1. The rotor has passed the balance treatment before leaving the factory. Users generally do not need to perform a balance test. When replacing the hammer head and rotor components, the balance configuration should be made.

2. The installation of the main engine should be balanced, the horizontal error of the main shaft is less than 1mm/m, the main and slave wheels are in the same plane, the belt should be adjusted with moderate tightness, and the motor should be fixed.

3. Check whether the installation position of each component is moved, deformed, and all bolts are locked, and check whether the seal is good.

4. Check the wiring and fastening of the electrical box, adjust the delay relay and overload protector, turn on the circuit, test the motor steering, and select the fuse of the appropriate specifications.

5. Check whether the operation of the hydraulic system is reliable and whether there is leakage.

Adjustment of the gap between the rotor of the counterattack crusher and the counterattack liner: When the rotor of the counterattack crusher is running, the gap between the rotor and the counterattack liner cannot be adjusted.If the material is stuck in pieces between the counterattack plate and the plate shell, it is recommended to lift the counterattack frame slightly between the readjustment gaps, so that the bulk of the feed will become loose and the counterattack frame is easy to adjust.If the counterattack frame is not sufficient, you can tap on the relaxed tie rod (protected by a wooden board). The gap between the rotor and the counterattack liner is completed by the machine's adjustment device. First loosen the bolt sleeve, and then turn the long nut. At this time, the tie rod will move in the upward direction, and the adjustment device will fasten the screw sleeve.

Replacement of wearing parts for impact crusher: When the impact crusher replaces the wearing parts, it should be opened first and then put on the shelf.When in use, first remove the connecting bolts between the rear shelf and the middle box, then use a wrench to screw to the hexagonal head part of the clamshell device, and then slowly open the shelf.The plate hammer of the counterattack crusher: When the counterattack breaker is worn to a certain extent, it should be adjusted or replaced in time to avoid damage to fasteners and other components.
