For the pretreated steel slag, a one-stop comprehensive utilization plan for crushing, grinding, and ultrafine grinding is proposed to realize the resource reuse of steel slag solid waste and further reduce the carbon emissions of cement blends.

1. Broken magnetic separation system

A rod mill is used to crush the steel slag produced by the pretreatment process to separate the steel slag and the metal iron, and the slag iron is separated by magnetic separation equipment to meet the needs of iron selection and steel slag vertical grinding and grinding tail slag.

2. Vertical mill milling system

A new type of vertical grinder system is used in the grinding process of steel slag production line, with large output, low energy consumption, less corrosion, and a large adjustable specific surface area of steel slag powder products. It is currently a highly adaptable and economical steel slag grinding method.
