1.Inconsistent amplitudes of support points: If the amplitudes of the four support points of the linear vibrating screen are inconsistent, the material will deviate from the direction of large amplitude to the direction of small amplitude. If this condition persists, it may cause the side panels or beams to crack, and it needs to be adjusted in time.


2.Inconsistent motor phase angle: Check whether the phases of the two motors are the same. If they are inconsistent, the material may be tilted.


3.Uneven material particle size or uneven feeding: The particle size of the material and the uniformity of the feeding will also affect the movement of the material on the screen surface, causing tilt.


4.The amount of eccentricity of the eccentric block is inconsistent: If the amount of eccentricity of the eccentric block on both sides is not the same, it may cause the screen surface to tilt, which needs to be checked and adjusted.


5.Amplitude problem: Check whether there is a problem with the transmission bar. Inconsistent amplitude may cause the material to tilt.
