Reasons for the decrease in output of jaw crusher

1. The hardness of the material is unqualified
The hardness or toughness of the crushed material exceeds the range specified in the instruction manual. When the range specified in the instruction manual is not reached, a suitable crusher can be replaced or a crusher can be added.;
2. The motor wiring position is reversed
The motor wiring position is reversed, the host drives the car in reverse (the moving jaw rotates clockwise), or the motor triangle connection method is connected into a star connection method, if the motor position is found to be reversed, the motor wiring can be changed.;
3. The discharge port is less than the specified
The output of the jaw crusher did not meet the factory standards, probably because the discharge port is less than the specified limit. In this case, the discharge port should be adjusted to the nominal discharge port specified in the manual and the crusher used for fine crushing should be increased.;
4. Jaw plate shift
It may be that the jaw plate is displaced, causing the top of the tooth to be opposite to the top of the tooth. At this time, the pitch size of the tooth plate should be checked immediately. If it does not meet the standard, the jaw plate must be replaced and the relative position of the fixed jaw plate and the movable jaw plate must be adjusted to ensure that the top of the tooth is fixed and pressed against the root of the tooth to prevent displacement.;
5. The on-site voltage is too low
If the voltage at the work site is too low and the output of the jaw crusher does not reach the factory standard, the voltage at the work site should be increased to adapt it to the heavy-duty requirements of the host.;
6. Relative rotation of the outer ring of the bearing
The gap between the moving jaw and the bearing is too large after wear, which causes the outer ring of the bearing to rotate relatively. The bearing or moving jaw should be replaced.
