Precautions before starting the impact crusher

1. The impact crusher should be in a no-load state when starting, otherwise the motor load will increase, causing the starting current to be too large, and even the motor will be burned down.

2. The feed volume should be as uniform as possible in the length direction of the rotor, otherwise it will accelerate the local wear of the plate hammer and the counterattack plate, and the production efficiency of the equipment will be reduced. The feed volume should be uniform. The load of a plate hammer in one week of rotation changes too much, making the equipment unable to balance the vibration.

3. After the impact crusher is installed, it should be checked whether the operating part is stuck or collided. It can only operate after it is all normal. The impact plate cannot be adjusted during operation to avoid equipment failure.The impact crusher cannot be used in reverse, otherwise, the equipment will be damaged or the material will fly out and other accidents.

4. Check whether the fixing parts of the counterattack plate are loose or broken.And inspect the wearing parts inside the equipment to see the degree of wear, oil stains, cracks, defects and other issues.

Precautions after the impact crusher is started

1. When the equipment is running, attention should be paid to observing the temperature rise of the main bearing of the rotor. If there is a high temperature situation, stop and check quickly. During operation, when the equipment vibrates too much, it should also stop and check immediately.

2. When the equipment is running, it is strictly forbidden to open the inspection door to check the situation in the machine, and no adjustment, cleaning, maintenance, etc. can be carried out to avoid danger.And frequent maintenance is carried out to ensure the normal operation of all parts.

3. The gap between the counterattack plate and the hammer should be gradually adjusted to a small size according to the needs of the work. It is best to manually rotate the rotor to check for collisions. After the adjustment is complete, indent the sleeve nut.

4. When the impact crusher is shut down, the operation of the main motor must be stopped after all the materials in the crusher are discharged.
