1. Industrial and Commercial Registration
To open a stone factory, you must first complete industrial and commercial registration. Applicants must submit an application for enterprise name verification to the industrial and commercial department, and apply for a "Business License" and "Tax Registration Certificate" after approval. 2. Mining Rights License Application
Mineral resource mining requires a "Mining License". Applicants must submit a mine boundary approval, resource reserve report, mining plan and environmental impact assessment documents to the Natural Resources Bureau, and the mining scope will be delineated after review. If the mining area involves forest land or rivers, it is necessary to apply for approval from the forestry or water conservancy department at the same time.
3. Safety Production Approval
Approval by the Emergency Management Bureau is a prerequisite for production. It is necessary to submit a safety production management system, equipment list and operator qualification certificate, and obtain a "Safety Production License" after passing the on-site inspection. Focus on verifying blasting qualifications, dust protection facilities and emergency plans.
4. Environmental Protection Special
Acceptance According to the requirements of the Environmental Protection Law, the stone factory needs to complete two stages of environmental protection approval: prepare an Environmental Impact Report, clarify the dust and noise control plan and wastewater circulation system design, and pass the technical review of the Environmental Protection Bureau.
