1. Feeding requirements of PEX350×750 jaw crusher

Particle size limit

The maximum feed particle size of this model is 300mm. If the material exceeds this size, it will cause blockage or equipment overload. In actual production, it is recommended to control the feed within 250mm to ensure effective bite of the crushing chamber.

Material characteristics

Hardness: Suitable for ores with compressive strength ≤320MPa. Excessive hardness will accelerate the wear of the jaw plate and reduce production capacity.

Humidity: Excessive humidity can easily cause sticky cavity. It is recommended that the water content should not exceed 10%.

Ingredients: Non-crushable objects such as iron parts need to be screened out in advance to avoid damage to the hydraulic overload protection system.

Uniform feeding

A vibrating feeder is required to avoid direct dumping that may cause overloading or blockage of the crushing chamber.


2. Discharging effect of PEX350×750 jaw crusher

Particle size range

Different finished products can be obtained by adjusting the discharge port (15-100mm):

Coarse crushing mode (50-100mm): suitable for primary crushing;

Fine crushing mode (15-50mm): used in conjunction with secondary crushing equipment.

Capacity performance

The output under standard working conditions is 16-35m³/h, which can be increased to 25-70t/h after optimizing the discharge port;

90% of new equipment can still maintain stable output when the discharge port is 25-60mm.

Finished product quality

Using the pure extrusion crushing principle, the finished products are mostly cubic, and the needle-like content is less than 10%. However, the actual effect is affected by the degree of wear of the jaw plate, and the tooth pitch size needs to be checked regularly.


3. Optimization suggestions for PEX350×750 jaw crusher

Regularly monitor voltage stability to avoid capacity reduction due to insufficient voltage;

New equipment needs to be run-in at the initial stage of operation. It is recommended that the capacity in the first month be controlled at 80% of the rated value;

For high-hardness materials, manganese steel jaw plates can be used to extend the service life.
