3. Operation guarantee measures
Pre-screening stage is equipped with heavy-duty vibrating screen (sieve hole 40mm) to reduce the crushing load by 15-20%
Adopt PLC intelligent control system, real-time monitoring:
Bearing temperature (alarm threshold 90℃)
Vibration amplitude (warning value 5.0mm/s)
It is recommended to detect the thickness of wear-resistant parts every 400 hours of operation (minimum allowable thickness 15mm)
Note: This plan is suitable for the crushing of bituminous coal with ash content ≤25% and moisture content ≤8%. Special coal quality needs to be verified separately.
