1. Jaw crusher
As the first choice for coarse crushing, the PE250×400 model in the PE series has a processing capacity of 5-21t/h, which is suitable for the initial crushing of copper ore with a hardness of ≤320MPa. Its deep cavity design and wedge adjustment structure can ensure uniform discharge particle size, and the equipment price is low, which is suitable for small and medium-sized concentrators. PEX150×750 is suitable for fine crushing, with a processing capacity of 8-25t/h and a larger crushing ratio.
2. Hammer crusher
The PCΦ400×300 model has a processing capacity of 3-10t/h and is suitable for single-stage crushing of medium-hardness ores. Its grate structure can control the discharge particle size to less than 25mm, and no matching screening equipment is required, reducing the complexity of the production line. The PCΦ600×400 model has a higher capacity (6-22t/h) and is suitable for copper ores containing quartz veins.
3. Roller crusher
The 2PG0425 model has a processing capacity of 5-10t/h, and achieves particle size adjustment (discharge 1-8mm) through double-roll extrusion, which is particularly suitable for fine crushing of brittle ores. Its low noise and low dust characteristics meet environmental protection requirements, but the frequency of replacement of wear-resistant parts is high. The upgraded version of the hydraulic roller crusher can also achieve fine discharge of 1-5mm.
4. Compound crusher
The screen-free design can avoid clogging of wet and sticky materials, with a processing capacity of 5-15t/h. The elastic adjustment mechanism can automatically discharge unbreakable debris and extend the life of the equipment. It is suitable for copper ores containing associated minerals such as chlorite.
Selection suggestions
High hardness ore : Preferentially combine PE jaw crusher + cone crusher, such as PE250×400 with short-head cone crusher.
Medium hardness ore: choose hammer crusher or roller crusher, such as PCΦ600×400 or 2PG400×400.
High mud content ore: compound crusher is more resistant to blockage.
The actual capacity of the equipment needs to be adjusted according to the moisture content of the ore, the embedding characteristics, etc. It is recommended to determine the final configuration through trial operation.
