II. Lubrication System Maintenance
Lubrication is key to reducing wear. Regularly check the oil level and quality of bearings, gears, and other moving parts to ensure adequate lubrication. If deteriorated or leaking lubricating oil is found, replace it immediately and clean the sealing parts. Avoid water contamination of the lubricating oil, as this will reduce lubrication effectiveness. For high-load areas, it is recommended to completely change the lubricating oil every three months to keep the system clean.
III. Operation Monitoring and Protection
During daily operation, closely monitor the equipment's operating status. If abnormal noise or increased bearing temperature occurs, the machine must be stopped and the cause investigated. Prolonged overload operation is strictly prohibited, and the discharge port size should be adjusted according to the material characteristics to prevent blockage. Furthermore, regularly check the integrity of safety protection devices and ensure there is no risk of short circuits in the electrical system to guarantee operational safety.
