Stationary stone crusher plant 200tph is a a two stage crushing and screening plant. The main machines includes: jaw crusher PE750X1060, impact crusher PF1320, 4YK vibrating screen and belt conveyors. It could manufacture of aggregates (coarse aggregates, crusher run, rock sand, fine aggregates) from limestone, basalt, granite, andesite, etc. Coarse aggregates are usually used in ready mix concrete and asphaltic concrete. Crusher run is used for the bases and sub-bases for road making. Fine aggregates are used for the production of concrete and plastering.

Crushing plant component

Stone Crushing plants make use of a large range of equipment, such as hopper, vibrating feeder, magnetic separator, vibrating screen, crushing unit, such as jaw crushers and impact crusher etc.

1. Vibration feeder: These machines feed the jaw and impact crusher with the rocks and stones to be crushed.

2. Crushers: It could use jaw crusher and impact crusher. These are the machines where the rocks and stones are crushed. and input different sizes and output different material such as small stones or sand.

3. Vibrating screen: These machines are used to separate the different sizes of the material obtained by the crushers.

4. Belt conveyor: These elements are the belts used for transportation of the material from one machine to another during different phases of process.

5. Central electric control system: Control and monitor the operation of the entire system.

How does 200 tph stone crusher plant work?

1. Raw material dump into the hopper by loader forklift, then feed into jaw crusher evenly and continuously by vibrating feeder for primary crushing.

2. Then the coarsely crushed materials are conveyed to secondary impactor crusher to get high quality good shape granule.

3. The final crushed material goes to vibrating screen to classify final qualified products according to different size ranges as stock pile forsale, or for road builidng use. Unqualified materials will be carried back to the stone crushing equipment for recrushing.

4. Customer can classify final products according to different size ranges. All the final products are up to the related standards within and beyond China. Dust is generated during the working process while the dust control units are needed.
