50tph stone crusher plant is composed of vibrating feeder ZSW650x2500, primary crushing machines jaw crusher PE400x600, secondary crushing machines impact crusher PF1007 or fine jaw crusher PEX250x1000, vibrating screen YK1237, belt conveyor and other equipment. It is primarily involved in the manufacture of aggregates (coarse aggregates, crusher run, rock sand, fine aggregates) from limestone, granite, andesite,etc. Coarse aggregates are usually used in ready mix concrete and asphaltic concrete. Crusher run is used for the bases and sub-bases for road making. Fine aggregates are used for the production of concrete and plastering.

How does 50 tph stone crusher plant work?

1. Raw material big stone will be fed into jaw crusher Through vibrating feeder. Vibrating feeder with grate bars is optional to separate small material in advance.

2. After primary jaw crushing, the material will be conveyed to Impact crusher or Fine jaw crusher, or cone crusher for secondary crushing by belt conveyor.

3. The final crushed material goes to vibrating screen to classified final products 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-40mm as stock pile forsale, or for road builidng use.
