1. Before the equipment starts, check whether there is ore or other objects stuck in the crushing chamber.Check the amount of oil and oil temperature in the tank.


2. The ore entering the crusher should enter the crushing chamber evenly from the separator, otherwise it will cause the equipment to be overloaded, cause premature wear of the liner, and reduce the production capacity of the equipment.At the same time, the ore entering the crushing chamber should be controlled within the scope of the rules.


3. After the oil pump is working normally for 3-5 minutes, the crusher is started, and the crusher is idling for 1-2 minutes, and then the feeder is used to start feeding.


4. Attention should be paid to the problem of ore discharge when feeding. If the ore discharge accumulates below the ore discharge port of the crusher, the cone may be topped up, resulting in a major accident.Therefore, after the blockage is found, it should be stopped immediately and checked for treatment.


5. When the crusher stops running, the feeder should be stopped first. After all the ore in the crushing chamber is eliminated, the motor of the crusher should be stopped, and finally the oil pump should be stopped.
