1. The service life of the jaw plate mainly lies in the length of production and the degree of damage. The service life and degree of wear of different broken materials are also different.

2. The wear of the shaft is very small. Just to repair its geometry, it can be milled on a lathe to make the journal reach the correct geometry, and then reduce the inner diameter of the bearing accordingly.However, after several such treatments, if the journal size is reduced by 5% from the original, it will not be allowed to rotate anymore, and a new shaft will have to be replaced.

3. The fixed jaw liners, movable jaw liners, and liners on both sides of the jaw crusher are easy to wear, which will affect product specifications. When the liners are worn in the initial stage, they can be flipped or flipped up and down. The wear of the liners is mostly concentrated in the middle and bottom.

4. When the elbow plate is worn or broken, the stones in the broken cavity must be removed first, the worn or broken elbow plate must be removed, and the movable jaw plate and the elbow plate on the connecting rod must be checked for damage.Then, the movable clamp should be pulled near the fixed clamp.After the working surface of the elbow plate is lubricated with dry oil, a new thrust plate should be replaced so that it gradually comes into contact with the working surface of the elbow plate, tighten the tie rod so that the movable jaw clamps the thrust plate, tighten the safety cover, and connect the lubrication system.

5. If the eccentric shaft and bearing box are worn out and the space exceeds 1.5 times the original installation space, the pad needs to be adjusted or replaced; the oil tank is worn out by 1.5mm, and the adjustment should be reopened; when the space between the upper cover of the connecting rod and the eccentric shaft is worn out by more than 1.5 times the installation space, the liner must be adjusted or replaced.
