‌Equipment Configuration Plan and Technical Analysis of a 200tph Stone Crushing Plant in 2025‌

With the continuous growth of demand for sand and gravel aggregates in the infrastructure industry, medium-sized stone plants with a capacity of 200 tons/hour (200tph) have become the mainstream choice. This article will analyze the standardized configuration plan from four aspects: raw material characteristics, equipment selection, process flow and environmental protection requirements.

1. Analysis of raw material characteristics and production needs

Raw material type: medium and high hardness stones such as granite and limestone require heavy crushing equipment; low hardness materials such as shale can be equipped with impact crushers.

Feed particle size: The maximum feed size is recommended to be ≤650mm, and coarse crushing pretreatment is required if it exceeds.

Finished product requirements: The conventional requirements are four specifications of 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, and 20-31.5mm.


2. Core equipment selection and parameters

3. Process design

It is recommended to adopt the "two-stage one closed circuit" or "three-stage crushing" scheme:

Primary crushing section

The vibrating feeder evenly feeds the material to the jaw crusher to crush the raw material to ≤200mm.

Medium and fine crushing section

The cone crusher performs secondary crushing, and the discharge particle size is ≤50mm.

Screening and sand making section

After classification by the vibrating screen, materials >31.5mm return to the cone crusher for closed-circuit circulation;

The materials that need to be sanded enter the vertical shaft crusher for shaping, and the fineness modulus of the finished sand can be controlled at 2.6-3.0.


4. Key supporting systems

Dust removal system

The pulse bag dust collector (handling air volume ≥20000m³/h) covers the entire crushing and screening process.

Intelligent control

Equipped with a PLC automatic control system, real-time monitoring of current, temperature, vibration and other parameters, and a production capacity error of ≤3%.

Noise reduction solution

Shock-absorbing pads are installed on the equipment foundation, and the factory boundary noise is ≤65dB (A).
