3. Process optimization
Pre-screening system
Equipped with F5X vibrating feeder to separate slag and over-limit raw materials to improve the efficiency of coarse crushing
Crushing stage linkage
After coarse crushing, the material is buffered in the transfer bin and evenly distributed to the medium and fine crushing equipment through the belt conveyor
Screening closed-loop design
Large particles are returned to the impact crusher for secondary crushing, and fine materials are directly sent to the finished product warehouse
Environmental protection facilities
Fully enclosed steel structure plant + pulse dust collector, dust emission ≤20mg/m³
4. Auxiliary system configuration
Automation control: PLC central control system, real-time monitoring of equipment load and finished product particle size
Conveying system: Belt conveyor with bandwidth of 800-1400mm, total length of 200-400 meters
Power configuration: Total installed power is about 1500-2200kW, and an independent transformer is required for power supply
This configuration scheme can be flexibly adjusted according to the characteristics of raw materials, finished product requirements and site conditions. The hard rock scheme requires the strengthening of cone crusher wear-resistant parts, and the soft rock scheme can optimize the replacement cycle of the impact crusher hammer
