Standard configuration plan for 500 tons per hour gravel production line

1. Raw material adaptability configuration


‌Hard rock (granite/basalt)‌


‌Coarse crushing‌: PE-1200×1500 jaw crusher, processing capacity 400-1000t/h, feed size ≤1020mm, discharge ≤250mm‌

‌Medium and fine crushing‌: HPT500 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher or HST single-cylinder cone crusher, discharge size ≤38mm‌

‌Screening‌: 3-4 layers of vibrating screen (sieve hole 5-50mm), to achieve graded discharge‌

‌Medium and low hardness rock (limestone/ Bluestone) ‌


‌Coarse crushing‌: PEW860 jaw crusher, processing capacity 500-800t/h‌

‌Medium and fine crushing‌: PF1820 impact crusher or CI5X hydraulic impact crusher, the finished product particle shape is better‌

‌Screening closed loop‌: S5X series vibrating screen with return material crushing system to reduce over-crushing‌

‌Sand making demand‌


‌Fine crushing and shaping‌: VSI6X impact crusher or HPM multi-cylinder cone crusher, finished sand 0-5mm, stone powder content can be controlled‌

3. Process optimization

‌Pre-screening system‌

Equipped with F5X vibrating feeder to separate slag and over-limit raw materials to improve the efficiency of coarse crushing‌

‌Crushing stage linkage‌

After coarse crushing, the material is buffered in the transfer bin and evenly distributed to the medium and fine crushing equipment through the belt conveyor‌

‌Screening closed-loop design‌

Large particles are returned to the impact crusher for secondary crushing, and fine materials are directly sent to the finished product warehouse‌

‌Environmental protection facilities‌

Fully enclosed steel structure plant + pulse dust collector, dust emission ≤20mg/m³‌


4. Auxiliary system configuration

‌Automation control‌: PLC central control system, real-time monitoring of equipment load and finished product particle size‌

‌Conveying system‌: Belt conveyor with bandwidth of 800-1400mm, total length of 200-400 meters‌

‌Power configuration‌: Total installed power is about 1500-2200kW, and an independent transformer is required for power supply‌

This configuration scheme can be flexibly adjusted according to the characteristics of raw materials, finished product requirements and site conditions. The hard rock scheme requires the strengthening of cone crusher wear-resistant parts, and the soft rock scheme can optimize the replacement cycle of the impact crusher hammer‌
