The cone crusher adopts the lamination crushing principle, which can use the crushing effect between the stones to reduce the impact and wear on the machine.

In the long run, the later maintenance production cost of cone crushers is lower than that of impact crushers.

Therefore, the question of which one has lower cost, the impact crusher or the cone crusher, cannot be generalized. The appropriate machine should be selected according to production requirements such as materials and output. Only the appropriate machine can fully exert its production function, avoid unnecessary losses, and thus reduce the overall cost.
