1. Raw material pretreatment stage
Vibration feeding
The raw ore is evenly transported through the GZD series vibrating feeder, equipped with an iron removal device to remove metal impurities, and the processing capacity can reach 100-600 tons/hour.The particle size of the feed is controlled at ≤500mm, and the frequency conversion and speed regulation ensure that the subsequent equipment runs at full load.
Primary screening
A double-layer circular vibrating screen (model 2YK2460) is used, the upper screen has a hole diameter of 80mm to separate ultra-standard materials, and the lower 40mm screen is pre-graded, with a screening efficiency of more than 90%.Unqualified materials are returned to the crushing process by the belt conveyor.

2. Crushing processing system
Jaw type coarse crushing
The PE1200×1500 jaw crusher performs primary crushing, with a discharge port adjustment range of 150-300mm, a motor power of 160kW, and a processing capacity of 400-800 tons/hour.The hydraulic wedge adjustment device is used to achieve rapid particle size adjustment.
Cone broken
HPT300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher performs secondary crushing, with a closed discharge port of 25-60mm, and is equipped with an automatic cavity cleaning system."Lamination and crushing" is achieved through PLC control, and the content of the finished needle sheet is <15%.
3. The fine processing link
Vertical shaft impact crushing
The 5X1145 sand making machine is shaped, the rotor linear speed is 65-80m/s, and the center and periphery are designed with dual feed.The hydraulic lid opening device is used for easy maintenance, and the particle size of the finished product is 0-5mm, accounting for more than 40%.
Air sorting
The O-Sepa powder separator realizes dry grading, with a processing air volume of 20,000m3/h and a grading accuracy of d97≤45µm.Control the fine powder content by adjusting the angle of the diversion blade (15°-75°).
