1. Core parameters for equipment selection
Medium-sized lime plants (daily output of 200-800 tons) usually use jaw crushers with feed opening sizes of 400×600mm to 750×1060mm, corresponding to the PE-400×600 to PE-750×1060 series. The selection is based on the following indicators:
Processing capacity: 30-220t/h
Maximum feed particle size: 340-630mm
Discharge opening adjustment range: 40-160mm
Motor power: 30-110kW

2. Typical working condition adaptation plan
PE-500×750 model: suitable for medium-sized production lines with daily output of 300-500 tons, feed particle size ≤425mm, processing capacity 50-100t/h, equipped with 55kW motor, is an economical choice.
PE-600×900 model: processing capacity 80-180t/h, suitable for 600-ton capacity demand, using 75kW motor, with better iron protection function.
3. Selection considerations
Preferentially choose models with hydraulic adjustment devices (such as PEV series)
Recommended to configure wear-resistant manganese steel jaw plate
Need to consider the impact of limestone mud content on the crushing chamber
Recommended to choose an improved model with a temperature measuring device in the bearing chamber
4. Maintenance recommendations
Regularly check the wear of the jaw plate, keep the lubrication system clean, and it is recommended to replace the grease every 500 hours.
