Hammer crusher price and principle animation

2025-07-09 Visits:

Hammer crusher is a mechanical device that uses high-speed rotating hammers to impact and crush materials. It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry and power industries, mainly used to crush large pieces of medium hardness and brittle materials (such as limestone, coal, gypsum, dolomite, slag, coke, shale, etc.) into smaller particles.

Animation of hammer crusher principle

1. The material is fed into the crushing chamber from the feed port.

2. The high-speed rotating rotor drives the hammer to violently impact the falling material, so that the material gains huge kinetic energy and splashes.

3. The splashing material hits the impact plate violently, and secondary crushing (impact crushing) occurs.

4. The crushed material falls on the grate screen (if any), and the particles smaller than the grate size are discharged out of the machine through the grate gap.

5. The particles larger than the grate size are retained on the grate bar and continue to be impacted, squeezed and ground by the subsequent hammers until they are crushed to the required particle size and discharged.

Core crushing force: impact force is the main force, supplemented by collision, extrusion and grinding.

Hammer crusher price

Small equipment: The processing capacity is about 5-30 tons/hour, suitable for small production lines or specific material processing. The price is relatively low, usually 10,000-30,000 US dollars.

Medium-sized equipment: The processing capacity is 30-200 tons/hour, which is the most widely used type, suitable for small and medium-sized sand and gravel plants, cement plants, etc. The price range is 30,000-100,000 US dollars.

Large equipment: The processing capacity is more than 200 tons/hour, and can even reach more than 1,000 tons/hour. It is used in large mines, cement production lines, and large aggregate production bases. The price may reach 100,000-200,000 US dollars.
