1. The material is fed into the crushing chamber from the feed port.

2. The high-speed rotating rotor drives the hammer to violently impact the falling material, so that the material gains huge kinetic energy and splashes.

3. The splashing material hits the impact plate violently, and secondary crushing (impact crushing) occurs.

4. The crushed material falls on the grate screen (if any), and the particles smaller than the grate size are discharged out of the machine through the grate gap.

5. The particles larger than the grate size are retained on the grate bar and continue to be impacted, squeezed and ground by the subsequent hammers until they are crushed to the required particle size and discharged.
