The core equipment configuration of a sand washing line should be scientifically selected based on processing capacity, material characteristics, and finished product requirements. Based on actual project experience, a combination of a bucket wheel sand washer and a dewatering screen is recommended. The XS3600 bucket wheel sand washer has a single unit capacity of 120-180 tons per hour, and a two-unit parallel configuration can reach 240-360 tons per hour, fully meeting the 3000tpd requirement. The dewatering screen should be a high-frequency model with a processing capacity of 250 tons per hour or more to match the sand washer's capacity. For raw materials with high mud content, a pre-washing step can be added, using a spiral sand washer for initial cleaning.

3000tpd Sand Washing Line Process Design
A complete sand washing line process includes four key steps: feeding, cleaning, dewatering, and wastewater treatment. Initially, the material is fed evenly by a ZSW380×95 vibrating feeder, maintaining a controlled feed particle size of ≤10mm. The cleaning stage utilizes a dual-wheel bucket sand washer operating in parallel, equipped with an adjustable overflow weir to ensure cleanliness while minimizing fine sand loss. A high-frequency dewatering screen is used during the dewatering process to control the moisture content of the finished sand to below 15%. Finally, the wastewater is treated in a 300m³ sedimentation tank and a fine sand recovery system, achieving a water recycling rate of over 80%.
