PYB600 Cone Crusher: Parameters and Applications

2026-04-16 Visits:

The PYB600 Cone Crusher is a highly efficient crushing machine specifically designed for materials of medium-to-high hardness; thanks to its stable performance and broad applicability, it plays a vital role across numerous industrial sectors. The machine's core technical parameters directly determine its operational capacity and scope of application.

The crusher features a large-end cone diameter of 600 mm and is capable of processing feed materials with a maximum particle size of up to 65 mm, utilizing a feed opening of 75 mm. The discharge opening width is adjustable within a range of 12 to 25 mm, allowing for flexible control over the final product's particle size. With a processing capacity of approximately 40 tons per hour, a typical motor power of 30 kW, and a total weight of around 5 tons, the unit boasts a compact, robust, and durable structure.

In terms of application, the PYB600 Cone Crusher is suitable for crushing a wide variety of medium-to-hard ores and rocks—including iron ore, copper ore, granite, basalt, river pebbles, and more. It is widely utilized in the metallurgy, construction, road-building, chemical, and silicate industries, and is particularly well-suited for intermediate and fine crushing operations where strict requirements exist regarding the shape and gradation of the finished product.

A key advantage of this equipment lies in its reliable spring-type safety system, which effectively protects the machine from damage in the event that uncrushable objects enter the crushing chamber. Furthermore, the unit offers ease of adjustment and low maintenance costs; it employs either oil or water-based sealing mechanisms to effectively isolate dust, thereby ensuring the cleanliness of the lubrication system and guaranteeing the equipment's long-term, stable operation.
