1. Differences in basic parameters
Feed port size
PE1200×1500: 1200mm×1500mm (feed size ≤1020mm)
PE1500×1800: 1500mm×1800mm (feed size ≤1200mm)
The latter has a feed capacity increase of about 25%, which is suitable for processing larger pieces of material.
Processing capacity
Although the nominal output is 100 tons/hour, under actual working conditions:
PE1200×1500 is suitable for medium-hard materials (compressive strength ≤320MPa)
PE1500×1800 can maintain stable output when crushing high-hardness materials by optimizing the movable jaw stroke (increased from 350mm to 400mm).

2. Structural design features
Frame strength
PE1500×1800 adopts an integral cast steel frame, which is 18% heavier than the welded frame of PE1200×1500 (the whole machine weighs about 85 tons vs. 72 tons), and is more suitable for long-term high-intensity operations.
Transmission system
Both devices use V-belt drive, but PE1500×1800 is equipped with a 315kW motor (PE1200×1500 is 250kW), the flywheel diameter is increased to φ2000mm, and the inertia moment is increased by about 30%.
